  • Importer of Record (IOR): We act as your legally required, licensed importer in the United States, handling all responsibilities with the TTB and U.S. Customs.

  • TTB Certificate of Label Approval (COLA): No bottle can enter the U.S. without a COLA. We manage the entire submission and approval process to ensure your labels are fully compliant.

  • Logistics & Freight Management: We work with our network of trusted freight forwarders to coordinate the pickup, shipping (including temperature-controlled options), and delivery of your product to a U.S. port.

  • Customs Clearance & Tax Payment: We manage the customs clearance process and the payment of all federal excise taxes and duties on your behalf.

Phase 2: U.S. Market Distribution & Growth (Selling Your Product Across America)

  • Direct Wholesale & Sales in New York: With our own NYSLA wholesale license, we act as your direct distributor in the vital New York market. Our team provides dedicated sales representation, getting your brand in front of top restaurants, bars, and retail stores. We manage all local inventory, fulfillment, and delivery.

  • National Distribution Management: For states outside of New York, we act as your National Brand Manager. We leverage our industry expertise to build and manage your U.S. distribution network. This includes:

    • Distributor Vetting & Selection: Identifying and securing the right wholesale partners for your brand in key markets like California, Florida, Illinois, and Texas.

    • Negotiation & Onboarding: Handling contract negotiations and ensuring a smooth onboarding process with each new state distributor.

    • Network Management: Acting as the single point of contact between your brand and your entire network of U.S. wholesalers to ensure consistent strategy, pricing, and growth.

  • Brand Ambassador & Marketing Support: We can execute or coordinate brand activation events, in-store tastings, and marketing initiatives, both in New York and with your distribution partners in other states.
